Bristol Birth and Postpartum Sisters Spring Circle

This circle is a heartfelt invitation to all the beautiful doulas, birth workers, carers of newborn mothers and families in Bristol to come together to celebrate the spring season and her gifts. 

My intention is that you will feel nourished, inspired and renewed by our time together. And ready to awaken to the glorious energy that spring holds, in the way that feels more resonant to you. Together we continue our journey along the wheel of the year, and we will meet again in summer. 

Spring is the season of new beginnings, of awakening and rebirth. It's a season of growth and potential. Everywhere in nature is vibrant and alive and our bodies begin to feel the shift from the heaviness abd slowness of winter into the lightness and power of spring. And I'll be holding all these qualities in our circle, so that we can leave energised and deeply connected to our full potential.

During our time together I will guide you first through a meditation/relaxation to connect to your beautiful hearts, hold you whilst you share your stories and a we will close with a simple ritual that will send us home imbued by the energy and magic of our circle and sisterhood.
